How do i find discount tickets to Celine Dione in Vegas, buy from a legitimate source, and not get ripped off

We want to go the end of october or early november. Some of the sites do not show any performances in November until the 29th or 30th

I think most discount tickets are sold the day of the performance, when they think they might not sell the regular way. However Celine Dion is very popular so you may not be able to get discount tickets at all.
