I'm cheating. I don't know anything about pixie/elfin/fairy names. So, I picked the names I liked best from everyone elses suggestions. Here goes:

boys-
Drake
Aubrey
Elden
Foster
girls-
Annaliese
Aubrey
Alvie
Ella
Elvy
Gelsey
Niecie
Nissa
Sindri
and I went to school with a GIRL named Echo. I just can't imagine a boy with that name. I love it for a girl tho. Good luck.

Tinkerbelle comes to mind!
And you could also use Pixie as a name.
Faerie Lee. Flora Fauna. Abracadabra. Magic Magella!

Are you naming a child with these names or for some other reason?

A site called seventh sanctum (or something VERY close to that) has a whole bunch of generators, including ones for what you are looking for. They are not very traditional names, but you can choose what type of creature they are and then limit it down to other choices in that category. It's a very useful site.
