How do I do this URL thingie in HTML.?

Ugh. I hate HTML. BBcode is so much nicer to me.

Anyway. I was wondering what the HTML equivalent of:

[url=URLHERE]TEXTHERE[/url] <-...that is.

Or how to do that on LiveJournal. (Which is confusing me. -.-")
