give her eye contact....then smile at her when she looks at you...and most importantly...tell her how you feel, she will be flattered at the least.

*Hey you don't need to give materials to show someone you love them, that's dumb.*
.If she knows you love her, then that should be enough...how is buying her things supposed to show her you love her?.
.That just shows her that she can walk all over you, and that you will spend whatever on her to prove your love to her.
(I only say that if you plan on spending money on materials)
~I think there are better ways to not only spend your money, but express your love for your significant other.~
.How about going to the beach on a warm night, and doing a bonfire type of thing, and just be with each other by the fire on the beach.
.Then you could do something creative and propose to her.
.....I don't know just be creative.....and original with what you do and how you do it though. :):)
......it should be your idea not ours.
.........have fun though.

If you spend any time with her at all, she probably already knows.
If you don't know her or talk to her, try asking her on a date or just talking to her rather than professing your love. Because if you don't know her, you're most likely in love with your image of her rather than the real her. This is not to say that you couldn't love her. Just that you don't know at this point.
