You should talk with your doctor first to make sure that he/she thinks you are ok to go. Make sure you have safe bottled water and don't eat their veggies or fruit since they are soaked in the dirty water. Check with the hotel you are staying at. Now days many places have safe water out of the tap and their resturants in the hotel are safe to eat at as well. But you still need to talk with your doctors and they should be able to give you some more advice as well.

It is safe as long as your doctor says so. Also, drink only bottled water and be cautious of the food you eat. Don't eat at the markets or other little food stands. Eat at your hotel or other bigger restaurants and you should still follow all the regular guidelines like not eating undercooked food, unpasterurized products etc.

I live in Mexico, and you will be just fine. Do drink lots of water, nothing is different here then in the states. And we have wonderful Doctors and hospitals here also. Have fun.

you will be fine, but tired. Drink alot of water (bottled!!!) and get a nap everyday. Good luck and have fun!!
