They always ask- but they haven't bothered to make the city or the state accountable for their "droughts" and "power shortages". It's a great way for them to make more money. I conserve water because it's the right thing to do anyway.

My governer, the terminator "Arnold" is getting into the "Green" and water conservation, but Cali has always had a problem with water shortage anyway... so it's not news unfortunately for us.
