No coffee.... Just drink lots of water the day of and a couple of days before. Also, Cold water or Orange juice about 1/2 before the ultrasound should get your baby moving!

Good Luck!

Well when I got my 4D ultrasound I was 32 weeks pregnant, and I didn't have to drink anything. It depends on how far along you are. If you are far along (and in TN you have to be at least 29 weeks to get the 4D) the baby should be big enough to see it regardless of if you drink alot of water or not. And about the coffee.... Well I didn't drink coffee when I was pregnant, because it is said that you are suppose to stay away from things with caffeine. But I did drink orange juice once before I went for a regular ultrasound and my baby was bouncing all over the place. I also ate a piece of candy (now-n-later). The lady was like "your baby is very active, I have never seen a baby this active". It was so funny! Oh! And about the 4D, (even though it is a hard thing to do) you get the best results the farther along you are. Like I said I was 32 weeks, and mine where okay, but not what you see in the pamplets and pictures.

no, you want the baby to be still so you get good pics. If the baby is all crazy you may not get a good look.
