I wonder how the person got out of the ward. Cause it could only be a straight jacket. Haha. No, I don't really care what they wear....or notice.

I usually just figure that everyone's internal barometer must be different and don't react at all.
Now, if they're sweating bullets and look like they're going to pass out...I might gently ask if they might be more comfortable taking their jacket off.

Wow, they must be cold. I get the same way, I always have a sweater on in Arizona during the summer time, it's alright. Places have a lot of AC blasting so it's always too cold inside.
Or they might have a blood flow problem that they should have checked out.

They must either be crazy or have some physiological problem that causes their body temperature to register differently than a normal persons.

I usually think they are a homeless person and they don't want to put their stuff down b/c they are afraid that some person will steal it or that they are simply crazy

reminds me of this girl i know in school......she wears the same coat everyday no matter what the weather is....idk....

that happend yesterday..i saw a boy that goes to my school ....he was wearing a sweater and a long sleeve shirt..
i asked him why was he wearing that....
but i was not rude about it..i think;-)
