figure about 9, if Harrington can avoid mistakes and at least have a season like the one he had with Detroit ( the one where he threw 19 td's to 12 ints), and he lets Dunn and his defense win games, then they'll win about 9.

Also even if they don't do well this season they could draft Petrino's college QB, Brian Brohm

interesting question. Because after this year vicks stock will go significantly down or up without him even taking a snap. If the falcons blow it and go 6-10 or even 7-9, but worse 3-13 and dont make the playoffs. What does that say about vick? He's valuable. His stock goes up. However if they make the playoffs and go 10-6 or 9-7 then vick is an overrated qb with athletic talent that will never amount to anything. I think they will go 8-8 and miss the playoffs. Harrington will do well at the beginning of the season and the fade away.

Probably not too many but that's only because Harrington basically just got there. I'm pretty sure if he was there as long as Vick he'd have the same or if not better record than vick. It took Vick 5-6 years to do what he did in that offense (which wasn't much in terms of being a QB). I'd say 4 wins tops.

ignoring Vick entirely to start..over the last 3 years Atlanta has had a pretty solid Defense.. that really hasn't changed.. and in the backfield you have Warrick Dunn who's almost always going to get 1000 yards.. Jarius Norwood.. solid back.. then you got Alge Crumpler who's a pro-bowl TE.. and they picked up Joe Horn who's a great receiver and a great team leader sort of guy.. with that kind of talent around him Harrington only needs to not lose the games for them.. he really won't have to win many.. besides no one expects anything from the Falcons.. I say they suprise and might threaten the playoffs in a Wild Card spot at 9 wins.. they'll be fun to watch though.. Petrino is a great coach and has a fierce resume including Offensive Coordinator at Auburn, Head Coach at Louisville.. almost head coach at Auburn (See JetGate) and he made Louisville an instant success and BCS contender

That's a very hard question to ask....and I can't really give you a straightforward answer...however, I will say they go with 8 wins, suprised? Well...Joey Harrington is said to be the biggest dud, but he is actually getting to be decent. The Falcon's D is stellar so there are almost no worries there. Still, I think the offense will be able to crank out a few good drives a game and find a way to survive without MV...

without Michael Vick the Falcons will be like 5-11, over rated or not Mike Vick is the heart of this team, the one who steps up when the team is down, who does he have to throw to? Alge Crumpler thats it and how much can a Tight End do unless your Antonio Gates. Anyways Vicks gets more rushing yards and TD's than any of the other running backs. Losing Vick is going to be a HUGE!! set back for Atlanta.

The Falcons re-designed their whole offensive line and style of play to accomodate the overrated Vick. It will take at least another year to get back on the right track. They won't be better until at least next year.

Just as many if not more than without him. He is a great athlete, but hugely overrated as QB. With Harrington, they lose the athleticism, but gain a field leader and someone that can make the throws TO the WRs.

I figure they will break even this year.
