Yes they will be fine in there
Just make sure that you have all male guppies, otherwise you will be soon overrun with fry
As for the neons, get at least 6 (they are schooling fish)

Hope that helps
Good luck

Well, I would believe so, but make sure you get 3 MALE guppies. Males are usually prettier anyways and don't produce 1000's of babies. As for neons you could probably do 4 and be okay, I wouldn't recommend anymore. The only thing I would be concerned about is the cory. Cories need to be kept in a group of at 3 to be happy, trust me a single cory or even a pair don't do as near as well as 3 cories. So either don't get the cory and instead get 1 more MALE guppy or neon or get a 10-20 gallon filter for about 10 bucks at Walmart and get 3 dwarf, panda, or bronze cories. Don't get peppered or emerald, they grow too big for that size of a tank, Also, please give them more food except for left over flake, for about 4 bucks hey have a huge can of shrimp pellets at Wal-Mart which cories love!!!
Hope This Helps!!!!
Good Luck!!!!

It depends on how large the fish are. It's been a while since I've had a tank but I think the rule is 1 inch of fish for each gallon of water.

Yes, they will all fit very nicely. You could even consider a few more fish, or a small school of zebra danios.

Yes, actually, this is just about as perfect as you could get. It's seldom that you see someone asking "will they all fit," and they actually do! Good for you. Just as long as the guppies don't do their rabbit impression (good luck with that!) and start breeding all over the place. But, this would be everything. Have fun with your new tank! Don't forget to cycle!

3 male guppies are very active fish and a 10g seems to small for them try a 20g,

bigger is always better.

uhmm not sure. ask a pet store how many fish you should have in a 10 gallon tank. ya don't want them to be over crowded.
