You're only 16. You know most of the people in relationships at your school won't be together for much longer, once people graduate most everyone splits up, friends are no longer friends and such, I'd be much more worried if you were 25 and still haven't found love.

I know that you have heard this probably a million times but chilllll you are sixteen! That is wear people screw up right from the bat.....we all do adults and teens.......we have been raised and brainwashed from a young age to obsess with love.....from the time our parents read cinderella and all of those love fairy tales.....it has been instilled in us that we are on a time schedule........stop! take a breathe....look at the bigger picturein life......love is not crap as oppsed to a friend....and if you are too anxious to find love....then you have to look at you and figure out what the hell because when you feel the need to HAVE to be with someone there is something wrong because you can't sit beside yourself. Live life....who knows you may not find that love until you are 60...then again you made find that person next week.....love is nothing that can be rushed......and if it is it won't be the best kind of stickin' to your ribs love....it will be the what I call tupperware love....not the china wear love. Just stop looking be you and life will unravel the way it should for you without it being forced. Anything you seek in life for you will present itself without effort the sign will be there in everything that you want just keep your eyes open.

I second some of the answers that have been put here, especially the answers from "nursecracker" and "Misty C" I know exactly how you feel man, I'm 16. I found someone, all it took, was a little bit of time. Thats all I can advise for you. Plus, dont feel as though your never gonna find someone, just remember, theres someone for everyone. At the age of 16 you should be having fun looking for love. If you enjoy yourself, be yourself and stop being so serious love will find you. You are working to hard at pushing ahead too fast. Slow down and have fun making happy and cherished memories. Some day when you have met your true love, all settled down in sweet marital bliss, you will look back on these days with fond memories.

If you are female. Don't look. Let it find you. If you are male start looking in new places. You may be looking in all the wrong places. And remember the places you look in are the type of person you get. You are some what young. But it can happen at 16. Don't worry if it doesn't you have plenty of time.

You'll find it when you find it, wether you're 16 or 116. The important thing to remember is not to go looking for it. It'll come to you eventually and no doubt you'll have other relationships along the way where you're not actually in love. Some of them will be good, some of them will be bad, and one of them will most likely turn out to be "the one", but usually when you least expect it.

It doesn't matter what age you are. and guess what, no one knows the answer to that, hun. Especially not if you yourself don't. Love is something you find on your own, when the time is right, and there's no saying when that is. Don't make a point of looking for it... don't try to fake love, or pressure yourself into believing you're in love. When you know, you know. I'm sure you will find love, though.

16 is very very young. I am sure you will find it... keep an open mind. Only date someone if it feels truly right. Focus on your schooling right now... it's so easy to meet great people in university and at whatever career you have afterwards... trust me, you have tons of time. Just enjoy life. 16 is too young to find love, it's just a bad age to get pregnant.... lol
