Don't say words you're going to regret, but don't hold back either. Say something, but make your words count. It's not a game, so don't say anything frivlous or without meaning. Speak your heart, but think of what you have to say as very important, like each words counts for something. Believe in yourself and what you have to say. You're trading those valuable and important words for what you really want. Always honestly ask for exactly what you want, (unless what you want is totally illegal or completely offensive.)
