Why can't GW deniers do a little research before drawing an erroneous conclusion about such a critical subject?

Travolta stinks - I do the same thing. I've got a word file with my standard anthropogenic evidence answer, and corrections about the following myths: Mars warming, volcanoes, water vapor, cow farts, and the sun.

Sad that so many people are too lazy to get their facts straight that I need to have a file with this information to cut and paste.

I hear ya.

I'm always correcting them on those facts, but you get tired after a while. You correct them, but then another comes back the next day and repeats the same lie. That's why I save my arguments and sources on text files for safekeeping.

It does not make sense to gather facts and statements from scientific oganizations websites from scratch over and over again.

I think the short answer is 'no', they don't do research. I suspect that pass their arguments along without even reading the articles. Much like the difference between real "hackers" and "script kiddies". You did forget to mention the cow farts though, shame on you! :-)

BTW... dana1981 & Travolta stinks... Me too (text file)!!
This is my favorite so far... 20,000+ scientists say global warming doesn't exist. Note the lengths he took to prove his statement(!):

The 17 links from my text file are in there... if you like one you don't already have, please grab 'it! :-)

It has to do with believing that "the end justifies the means" and not the rule of law.
They are hypocrites.

The same people who were last week denying the validity of science are now jumping up and down with glee over the report from NASA concerning peak temps.

They will be screaming bloody murder if it turns out that the numbers just got "fixed" to discredit the green anti big oil movement.

Why can't GW fanatics admit that they are not interested in scientific research that might contradict their gloom and doom theories? So some double domed researcher in Britain decided the sun is not responsible for global warming. Did he by any chance also explain why there is global warming on Mars? Did he also explain why there are records of the Vikings growing crops in Greenland, which today is covered by ice but appearantly was much warmer in the 10th century. There are no records of them driving SUVs or burning fossil fuels, but as I said before - don't confuse me with facts, my mind's made up.

Why did the glaciers melt? Global warming. So, it exists, it existed before 1970, it will continue to exist, until it doesn't or we don't. We have over 6 Billion people breathing in Oxygen and emitting CO2 and methane. Cows (food for many of the 6 Billion) do the same. Deforestation, and huge carbon users like Al Gore......Hmmmm. Makes you think......well maybe not you.

Climatologists do not have a "control", an Earth with no human beings, to use as a basis against which to judge the "experiment", the Earth as it really exists. There isn't even a climate model trying to predict long-term weather patterns on a model Earth with no humans.

Conclusions:
1) climatologists are not correctly following the Scientific Method
2) any results they claim to have are not scientifically sound

Hey, since you're so smart, it sounds like you can cash in on the $100,000 challenge to prove that Al Gore's myths about human contribution to global warming are in fact true. Just go to www.junkscience.com and see what you've got to do to claim the money. Is there a catch, well, only that you have to prove it scientifically. Should be easy for you.

Misinformation supports their demonizing of the issues they percieve to be liberal agendas.

To lazy to do the research. It's easier to sit in front of the tv and have Faux News tell you what to believe.
