Most people go back to normal once they lose their pregnancy weight. I do know a couple of women who got smaller than they were before and a women who is now bigger than before.

I think that usually if you breastfeed they will generally go back to normal, plus it helps you lose any extra baby weight. I didn't breast feed, I had problems and mine stayed big. I was a D size when I got Pregnant and ended up a DD and am still that size.

Breast feeding is the best way to go, I wish I could have done it for longer, but other health issues caused me to have to stop.

Good luck

Sweety, everyone is different, so there is no way to tell if yours will stay the same size. You are pretty young, so they might just be ok. I was pretty small before I was pregnant, I didnt breastfeed, but now I am a 36C! It is still smaller than when I was pregnant, but bigger than I was before! If you are concerned about gravity, just do some butterfly lifts which will help in the top area of your breasts. Good luck!

I went from a 34 B to a 34 DD over the course of my pregnancy and getting my milk in. After I stopped nursing, they went to a 34 C, and a little saggy. I'm pregnant with baby #2 and wondering what will happen thsi time.

I think it depends on the women and her actions. I think on average, a women's breasts were reduce in size a little bit after pregnancy, but they are still going to be bigger than they were before the pregnancy. Now, with a combination of excersize and healthy diet you can keep your "larger" boobs healthier and perkier looking, if that's what your worried about, esspecially if you do lots of push-ups and build up those chest muscles, that will help!

Your breasts will not remain that size if you decide not to breast feed after giving birth. You will begin to lactate...they will temporarily swell larger and become hardened until you have had the doctor squeeze the milk out and the glands dry up. Most times they breasts either go back to their normal size...but sometimes they'll "shrink" to a size smaller than you were before. If you decide to breast feed, they'll stay that size until you decide to stop...but remember to alternate...otherwise one will "dry up and be smaller than the other.

After my first they went down to regular size just not as cute and perky... After my second they are definetly no longer perky and they didn't go back to regular size they are a little larger... I am preggers with the third so hopefully they will get smaller and bounce back up lol i doubt it though!

sorry but they do go back but i`ve got a secret to grow them back. I was very small when i got pregnant, then i ate alot after so i put on weight and they got bigger. if your big in weight dont do this but if your small in weight naturally, you can binge eat. Its been two years since i had baby, i`ve got great curves now and im ready to get tonned with exercise. Just eat keep eating to you reach the right size.

Ha...girl good luck. My 1st is 16 months and I had beautiful breasts at the age of 21 when she was born. Now....they're still a little perky and they're still full, but both nipples point towards the floor. It is inevitable if you have any boobs at all.

They go back, sometimes even smaller than pre-pregnancy. If you breast feed, they'll be bigger for a while then back to normal. However, they won't have the same firmness. That one shocked me after the first baby. I didn't know that, but its true.
