im buying something on ebay and the product is in the united states....now im going to pay with my pay pal account...i looked under shipping to see how long it would take for my mic to arrive and i noticed this:

Duty, Taxes and Forwarding costs from your country is the sole responsibility of the customer.

what does that mean? i live in canada and the mic is in the US...how do i pay those taxes, duties and forwarding costs, and to who? and what will happen if i dont pay those fees?
