I don't think constitutional rights apply to yahoo because yahoo is a private company whos purpose is to make money. If they see that filtering certain content makes them more profitable they will and thats the end of it. It is no difference than joining a club. WHen you join a club you abide by the clubs rules.

Because this is a form about question and then answer. This is not a form about rants and raves. Thou in this section is seems to be with all the conser. They just always have something bad to say about the libs, or as one guy puts it, Libtards. Shesh, you think the party of that follows the bible would have a better standing with other people. Until Yahoo! Answers is made an official part of the U.S. Government, the first amendment doesn't apply to them. They are as free to block foul language, as you are to throw someone out of your house for the same behavior.
The Bill of Rights is a contract between the People and their Government only. Private entities are free to place whatever limitations on their own property that they see fit.

You can not use swear words in a newspaper Ad ether.
Both are privately owned public forums.
Some clubs (Country Club) will remove you from the premises and not allow you to return maby ever.
Some business Display a dress code or a sign stating
"We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
ITS ALL LEGAL.
