What kind of accessories go with brown?

That would definitely go together! I have a lot of brown clothing myself along with beige, and golden colours work perfectly...though I usually do a beige/brown/green theme.
You should have golden metal bangles...a set of them on one wrist and it would look fabulous and it would also accent the hoop earrings!

It can, depending on the rest of the outfit. I would wear it with jeans and dark brown heels with gold hardware. However, you can put your own spin on it. The key is to pick neutral colored pieces for the rest of the outfit, nothing really bold. Also, try to find a pair of shoes, a purse, a pair of sunglasses, or a bracelet [I wouldn't do a necklace if it's a halter top] that is both brown and gold, that way it ties the pieces together.

I think it would look great. Gold and brown always go good together. Its perfect. Silver and brown dont look as good together. Also, dangling earrings or big hoops look good with halter tops.
