yea i wanted to give them a thumbs up but i hit the thumbs down. i really didn't mean to. so in my answer to that question i pointed out that i gave that person a thumbs down but that it was suppose to be a thumbs up.. i said sorry. it only happened once though.

if it was a bad answer than you shouldn't. If you do feel guilty tho then you should just not rate at all.

i usually only give it out to trolls.....otherwise i either don't give a rating or give a thumbs up to good answers...
