Which one sounds more professional in opening up a Wheels/Rims business......Also how can I get started in opening up a Rims/Wheels or Tire shop??? Need any licences?

Depends on the State you live in as far as the licensing and taxes.
How the labor is handles as well as sales tax.

You need the equipment to do these repairs.

Tire changer
spin balancer
lift
tools
repair abilities
tire spreader

Call it Wheels Rims and Rubbers. Contact you states Secretary of State. They generally regulate licenses. Also check with he city and/or county too for filing a dba or and llc.
