uh!!! this is a good one, i found it in craiglist but sometimes the web gets 2 complicated, i love the place and the price but they dont take dogs over 50 lbs so here i am, but get this they tell u when ur applying that your income cant be more than 50000 a year because they want to keep the property value under affordable range.. i though it was pretty cool and the place is awasomen and the comunity seems pretty young if thats what ur looking 4

Call up local realtors in the San Diego area and tell them you want to know if they have any rental apartments they can show you online and in person. Best way I found an apartment was through a realtor/management company and not online.

search by http://www.hubbuzz.com. This apartment search site is way better than all the rest! What's good about is that you can search apartments by neighborhoods, price ranges, amenities, convenience to places like restaurants and gyms, etc. Also, I liked it because if you're unfamiliar with an area, there are really good, detailed descriptions of neighborhoods along with calendars and lists of events and things known/notorious in each neighborhood. May I suggest you give a price range of what you mean by "affordable" as that can mean different things to different people.
