I have a hard time listening to female sports anchors and sideline reporters. I have a hard time giving them the same respect as I do males. I also can't stand listening to female sports talk radio. Anyone else agree???

Yes, but that is a feeling that I have that I know is the result of bad programing. Quite certain that if I was born in 1975 instead of 1960 I would have no problem, and it is not like I have a problem with it, actually I am a little embarrassed by it, would purge it if I could.

Consider this, female sports anchors and reporters need to be more articulate, informed and brighter and yes more analitical than the men they compete with for jobs. The men can get by by being rude, opinioated and biased.

Absolutely not. For example, as an anchor, Linda Cohn does a fine job on ESPN and obviously knows her stuff. There are plenty of others like her in the business.

Sideline reporters usually bother me, no matter what gender. They have to ask silly, hurried questions of people who would rather be anywhere but on TV at that specific moment.

Could you be any more sexist? Contrary to popular belief many women love to play and watch sports.
