how do you aim a finesse shot on fifa 07?

hold L2 if you're on PS2. You can almost do full power with the finesse shot and still keep it under the bar. If you're really close you don't have to go for the corners, just pick a side.

You should look into tutorial, I saw the way to do finesse shot. If you use keyboard, I think you have to press Pace Control button (if I am not mistaken, because I forgot, but I'm sure there is a way to do it) when you shoot.
