If we do things with out regret will we learn from it?

Some don't regret and keep making the same mistake.

regret helps me so much. without regret there'd be no reason to stop doing the wrong that was supposed to teach our lesson. when you regret something you try to avoid it in the future, and therefore you learn the lesson that way. sometimes the regret isn't enough, so you make the same mistake again. and regret is what brings about change and what brings about improvement.

Simply because you regret something does not mean that you have learned from it. Only analyzing the nature of your decision will help you to understand it, and hopefully, allow you to make better choices in the future.

Personally, I believe regret to be a useless emotion. It will not change anything. And honestly, none of us would be where we are standing today without making choices - both good and bad. Learn from both and think before making choices in the future...

its suppose to help you learn the lesson it takes others a long time to understand that.
