i interested in starting a gentlement's club but have the slightest idea how to locate finding a place to use. I tried searching online but only come up with suites for rent.

How do i find rented locations that are isolated like old resturants, bars or warehouses? A place where one can actual become a club.

If you've never been in business before, I would strongly recommend that you talk to a business counselor before you do anything especially spend money. I'd call the local office of SCORE (go to http://www.score.org and input your zip code to find the chapter nearest you), the advice is FREE.

The counselor at SCORE will most likely advise you to write a business plan which is very good advice because it will force you to dig out all of the start up details and the costs of starting your gentlemens' club and force you to also understand all of the aspects of this business including the customers you'll concentrate on (your market ) and how you'll go after them.

and read some of the articles especially the ones about a business plan and starting a business.

You need to find a community that will accept a gentleman's club. You also probably need to find a method of obtaining a liquor license. Often you have to find an existing owner of a business that has a liquor license and is for sale. The toughest part of it then will getting community acceptance of such an establishment. There may be politics involved in in this. Be care full about making bribes.
