A and D. Eye surgery (depending on what you have done) doesn't require a laser, but when working on the lens, it's a lot more precise.
A flourescent light doesn't have a laser in it, nor does it need one to operate. It uses electricity passing through a gas in the tube to make light.

Eye surgery and flourescent lights do not need lasers. Only some eye surgery is done with lasers.
