Resell as in sell a pair that doesn't fit you or resell as in you're a distributor?
It is hard to sell a pair. What you can try is to set them out in a dance studio that you frequent (might want to ask a permission) with a price tag on it and with your phone number. Out of 3 unsuccesful pairs of mine I was able to sell only one. I ended up donating the other 2 to my school dance team.
You can try posting a classified ad in http://www.ballroomdancers.com
As for selling a whole bunch of them - try to find a dance attire store and see if they are interested in working with you. Also, there is a comp coming up at Las Vegas. Contact them and ask them if they need a shoe vendor.

Why not just put an add in the paper or put them on ebbay. Good luck with selling them.

try online. its probably a lot easier. you can definitely sell them on ebay
