ac/dc because they have stayed together for all these years and van halen has changed line ups a bunch of times.

I would have to say AC/DC. They are both kind of old and played out but at least AC/DC did not crawl inside of a bottle and waste the last 15 years of their talent. Eddie Van Halen has the balls to kick Micheal Anthony to the curb because he played with Sammy Hagar while Eddie was losing his wife and slamming down the firewater? What an ******. Now all of a sudden Diamond Dave is his best bud again.... AC/DC wins in a landslide!

I think Angus Young is the coolest, but he isnt one of the greatest guitar players of all time (eddie van halen). But as a whole, id say ac/dc cuz they never sold out and played a rock ballad.
