Have you ever been judged before? Do you even know what it feels like to be judged? I suggest you put yourself in a situation where people will judge you, that way you will know how it feels & maybe you will think a little harder next time about being so judgemental if ever any situation arises. Theres a saying "look at yourself before you look at others"
Ive always had this said to me by the people that are near & dear to me its now etched into my brain, so i hope this will help in some small way. Ok

It takes practice. You can`t judge a book by it`s cover. Get to know people before you make judgments, CARE about getting to know people who you may have nothing in common with, don`t assume that because someone is different that they are stupid or not worth knowing, there`s always more to a person than meets the eye!

Every time you judge somebody else, go to the mirror and say the same exact thing about yourself. And try to remember that what you give out into the universe comes back to you..............and usually right between your eyes or right in the back of your head! So you might want to lighten up.

Jump out of the picture and take a good look , then jump back in and start judging then, I'ts going to hurt so get ready and these are the first steps to recovery ,I promise.

I used to judge people in my head. I would think judgmental thoughts about everyone... So besides praying for God to help me out, I also made a promise to myself. The promise was, everytime I think something bad about a person I have to think of something nice about them.

It helped, I don't think of those things anymore.

is judgmental person = criticism person?

if so,

I was a judgmental person, but not anymore..
how?

it takes time to change..
If I want to give some critics, I always wait until the person ask me. Then, you know that he/she gives you permission to give some comment or critic to their work, and they should be ready for compliments / critics.

Otherwise, just keep it for your self, and remember, we're not perfect =)

Its called humility.
Go look in the mirror and start pickin out yer own flaws instead of others.
then when you think....oh he's black, hes fat, shes a c***, you might think hey. im not perfect either.
