See... I've found an opportunity to finally join a team that not only allows me the career advancement opportunity that my fiancee and I have been craving for years, but also deals in products and services that people "need" not just "want"... but this company was founded on ideas such as working together as a team, being passionate about what you do, and helping to get families out of debt in the process. I live in Houston, Texas and I am in search of people to join my team who would not be skeptical of the theory that there truly is a better way to financial and professional satisfaction than dozens of years in college or working the typical 9-5 job. Is there anyone in Houston, TX willing to share this dream with me and get more information? I'm not some sales person or marketer or anything, I'm just a 24 year old mother and wife and I'm just sick of never spending time with my husband and baby, and I need to meet people like me, who believe there's something better out there...

Oh lordy... you guys seriously - my fiancee and I have been together for 3 years - we cannot afford a big wedding and I refuse to have a small one!
You can report me if you want, by all means, if that makes you happy. Your the exact type of people that I don't want on my team. A pyramid scam involved getting paid to recruit people, I don't. I am looking for people to work on my team b/c the more people with me, the more sucessful we become. I am not trying to be shady here, research my company if you like, it's called Primerica and I'm proud to be a part of it.
I didn't mention it before because I am looking for a certain type of person to join my team - only reason I say "team" is because thats what I like to think of it as. My childhood dream was to be a coach, but I think that being the coach of a team who helps families get out of debt is more meaningful then coaching basketball or volleyball...
Sorry I offended you guys - but I am quite sincere.

I'm sorry if you guys felt like I was being shady, but honestly telling you the name of the company doesn't help me find the type of person I want on my team.
This past week I went with my uplines team to the HUGE primerica convention and MAN, it was soooo much fun and I kept thinking - these are the kind of people I need to surround myself with, these are the kind of people I want on MY team.... so forgive me but I am honestly looking for people interested in this oppurtunity and wanted to ask who might be interested, if your not... well I'm sorry!

Sorry, this sounds way too much like a scam, or at least a scheme. In particular, multi-level marketing. No thanks.

Multi-level marketing is just a hair's-breadth away from being a pyramid scheme, the latter being illegal. I don't know what Primerica is, nor do I want to. College was the route for me, all the way through graduate school.

Sweetheart, take your scheme somewhere else. Thank you.

I'll start off by saying I'm officially not interested. Now I'll make my point... and a few suggestions.

Any company that asks you for money up front is not legitimate. They are making most of their cash off new sales recruits, not off the product they're selling. Think about it this way... If you applied for a job at McDonald's, they would NEVER ask you to pay them for the opportunity to work there.

Most of the reponses you'll receive on Y!A when looking for non-traditional jobs will be spam. The links they usually provide are almost always referral links, meaning THEY get paid if YOU sign up! Stay away from the survey sites too, as from what I've seen, are all scams that won't pay you. Frankly, I'm surprised I haven't seen those folks flock to your question yet.

You're best bet is to get a regular job. If you don't want to do that, maybe you could sell on Ebay, clean homes (which actually pays VERY well), do lawn maintenance, at home child care, or consider other creative opportunities.

Good luck!

I'm glad you are asking. The best way to become rich (financially) is through realestate. Try to get a license and learn about it. The course is only about $150- and you will be able to learn about housing opportunities.

Look at anyone who's rich and what do they have in common? REALESTATE!

They have flexable hours and you will make as much as you put your effort into it.

I am an executive making decent money-(close to 6 figures) however I need more flexibility and I want to get to the next level. I don't want to work for someone else forever so I also asked myself the same question, studied rich people and found realestate.

I'm getting my license soon- (September) however I'm in there learning the strategies to find good opportunites in this down market.

Best of luck to you if you want more advise about it- email me. I'll be happy to share...

Otherwise search for a school and get in. It's truely the best place to start.

You save $ when you live in your own house. You get tax breaks (unlike renters) . You could build equity with your house- you hardly ever loose in realestate

I don't want to be an agent fulltime- I can't afford to be- but if it could give me the opportunity to find a good deal- great!-
I would love to be able to sell a couple part time- but I'm in there for the knowledge.

God bless and good luck!

i think of it became an interior interest. yet although, so does Michael Moore! I recommend, surely, Al-Qaeda and the Taliban have been rather FUNDED by the CIA, and bin weighted down became knowledgeable by them. How can everybody have self belief that it became something different than an interior interest?
