im annoyed, worried, and depressed. errrgh.

CHOCOLATE. Whenever I get depressed I just sit under my bed (it's a bunk bed with office under) then I watch T.V for like all day and if I have breakouts. I will litarally skip school if I am that depressed.

Then I ask my friends after they're done with school and ask them if they wanna have a spa party or something and then they can sleep over then we can do our nails, facials, massages and talk like foreverr!! Express my feelings with my most trusted friend.

If your annoyed you should go into a car and scream/cry all you can do and you might feel better =].

If your worried. Try watching T.V and doing fun games that can keep your mind off of your worrry.

Depressed. Read the top part of my answer.

When I'm annoyed, worried, depressed, sad, angry, well, just anything of that nature, I talk to my boyfriend. He always can make me smile and forget about all my troubles. Maybe you should talk to someone who makes you feel the same way.

Do something that you really enjoy. Talk to an old friend, go to the park, even taking a shower can help!

Force yourself to smile for like, a minute. Seriously...when you think about how long you smile at someone, when you greet them or whatever, it's only like, 2 seconds. So, force yourself to keep it longer. Like, a huge grin. It always make me laugh.

just keep in mind zat wen u r unhappy ur familly members also will b so try to do something funny like teasing someone in ur vicinity among wiz ur friends or cousins or anyone from ur family member

watch some really funny videos, uh, read jokes...and then tell the jokes to people who will think its funny. think of funny things....

i like to laugh when im worried. it feels nice
