That's right, nailed to a floor and you are in a basment with a locked door and no window to escape from the serial killer who is coming after you with a hacksaw in 10 minutes. There are all the normal items in the basement, how do you escape?

I would die of fright before he got there just thinking of the hacksaw. Therefore, I just ruined his day.

1) I'd try to struggle free. This should take up to about 5 minutes, if luck is on my side.
2) Then I would smash the door in with a hammer (assuming it's in the basement).
3) Phone the police!
4) Hide!
If I don't complete (1) in time, I'd just give up hope and start singing, "Always look on the bright side of life..."

I have strong teeth (years of good brushing) I might as well try ripping the nails out with my teeth. After I get the nails out, I will take a phone, my cell phone, and call 911.

Well that depends on where I'm nailed. But lets presume it's through my hands, I'd rip them out of the wooden floor and I'd wait with claret seeping everywhere and stick the nails in his eyes when he rocked up.

Tear my feet free from the nails (also permanently disfiguring them). Then hide somewhere close to the door and somewhere that I can easily sneak out of when the killer comes in.

I'd climb out my clothes that are nailed to the floor and leg it naked out the basement down the street yelling "I'm free"!! in an 'are you being served' voice.
