I only watched a bit of it. Horrible, isn't it?

I've seen most of these films mentioned, and they're not as nasty as August Underground by a long shot.

An American Crime Jack Ketchum's A Girl Next Door. Both disturbing films about child abuse. There's a lot more but I just watched those recently.

Irreversible... The opening scenes make me feel physically sick :( Basically a guy runs through a gay club called 'Rectum' until he finds the guy he's looking for... When he finds him, he picks up a fire extinguisher and proceeds to smash this guys face in with it. The camera never moves from the guys face, so you see his face collapse. It's horrid.

I went to see this at the cinema and within 30 seconds of the fire extinguisher scene, most of the audience had walked out.

If you can hold of a copy and decide to see it, be careful...

I thrive on sick movies so I'm familiar with some of the most disgusting.
PINK FLAMINGOS
DEAD ALIVE
BLOOD SUCKING FREAKS
THE HILLS HAVE EYES (Remake - the original is pretty gross, too, but the gore factor in the new version is through the roof)
SOCIETY (Takes forever to get going, but the last half hour is pretty nasty and worth the wait)
I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE (I don't recommend this movie to anybody under any circumstances...EVER)

un chien andalou... it's old but the scene where the woman's eye is slit by a straight razor can rival some of the sickest scenes of movies today

Chris C. I love a good sick film as well, I'll have to check out someof those on your list.>>I also wanted to add Saw to that list. But for me Hostel takes the cake as far as being sick and twisted.

When I was at a party in my college years, someone put on a video to gross everyone out - yes it did that alright - people pooing on each other and eating it, absolutely disgusting and the fact it was real as well.

A Clockwork Orange wasn't particularly nice, but awesome storyline and satire. Cannibal Holocaust was pretty bad, but it was quite funny at the same time...

Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Wolf Creek all the worse for being based on true stories. How much is true i don't know but sick nonetheless!
