I'm trying to compose a list, seeing if I missed anyone.
Please include their country and if possible, relevance to current US foreign policy. Thanks!

Definitely Mahmoud Ahmadinejad- Iran. Mideast policy? Check who the latest president in Iraq is- last I checked it was Nouri Al-Maliki, but I've been out of the loop for a few months. Your list should have Palestine, Pakistan, Israel, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, and, as I mentioned, Iraq and Iran. Maybe even Syria, depending on how far you want to get. Other prominent leaders? Leaders of Venezuela, Cuba (officially and non-officially), Russia, the UK, China, North Korea, African leaders, and, internationally, the Secretary General of the UN, Ban Ki-Moon.

WOW!!! There's not even enough room on Y/A to propose to start such a list as every leader of every nation deserves recognition by every citizen of the world. From the largest and most powerful sovereign states to the smallest, each and every one and each and every one of their citizens are as important as any other and though it is impossible to be familiar with every citizen it is not impossible to collectively welcome their positive contributions to civilization and their leaders.
