I doubt it, since there is already Busch Gardens, Africa in Tampa.
I'm going to Busch Gardens, Europe (in VA) this week, though and I will add a comment on to your question if I hear anything!
For the record, I would love to see them open another BG! They are fantastic parks!

I've never heard of any such rumor. I'm a member on several rollercoaster forums, one of which is for Busch Gardens Europe. If the rumors were true, they would've been posted online by now, as well as announced through the Coaster World News site. Besides, they already have a Busch Gardens Africa in Tampa, they don't need another Busch Gardens park in Florida.
