You don't give your age....have you just begun recently? If so, it can take up to a year (or more) for your periods to regulate.

This is how I calculated a 28-day cycle (example):

Start date: July 1, 2007

Starting with July 1st, count 28 days, which would bring you to July 28th. Your expected new start date would be July 28th.

The first day of your period counts as the first day of the 28-day cycle, also.

Since you started on July 16th, count up 28 days with the 16th as day #1, which would give you an expected new start date of August 13th.

It is every 28 days... and you count from the day you start.

When you go for your annual exam, the doctor asks for the date of your last period. They want the first day of your last period.

Your next period would then be 28 days (theoretically, if you are regular) from the first date of your last one.

So for example, if you started July 16, then your next period should be around August 12 or 13. The next one then September 10. The next one October 8. Etc.

the 1st day you spot blood is day a million. The cycle repeats in line with that. So in the adventure that your era began 29 days after the 1st day of your final era it somewhat is seen a 28 day cycle with the aid of fact the twenty 9th day It began would be day a million returned.
