The best way to keep laminates shiny is to keep them clean and free of film. DO NOT use Murphy's Oil Soap nor any kind of oil, or soap. These do exactly wrong thing by leaving a film on the floor. The best cleaner is hot water and ammonia, or vinegar. The only way to be completely streak free is to damp mop and then dry the floor. Use as little water as possible.

According to the manufacture of mine, they say to use only water and vinegar. They do look nicer if one gets down and drys them. I am unable to do it.
