I had a miscarriage 12/06 and haven't had a "normal" period yet. For the first 5 months after, I didn't have a period, and then my doc put me on meds and it came. The first day of my last period was 7/1, and it ended 7/5ish.

My husband and I shagged every other day for pretty much 10 days starting around July 1st!

So I am late on my period. My boobs were incredibly sore (they've started to feel better) which is normal for when I expect my period. Sunday I couldn't wait and took a prego test. So you know how you're supposed to pee on it for 10 seconds? I went for like 3 seconds! I thought I had to go more than what I did! The test didn't do anything; no results, didn't read positive, didn't read negative. I took it awhile later after I really had to go, and it came up negative.

So here I am 5 days late, no period as of yet, I thought for sure it was coming on Wednesday, but nothing.

Anyone know the likeliness of me being pregnant?

You could be as not every woman is the same. Firstly, urine test doesn't show pregnancy for every woman. Do a blood test.

Only a medical doctor can answer that as with the irregular periods happening i'm not sure. I have a friend who had the same problem but a gyno told her that if she would want to get to pregnant she would have to check to she when she is at her highest with hormones and when she has really ovulated and then try right throughout that period of time... so u urself can tell if u kno the spaces between ur period is constance...but ask ur doctor

Yes, it is likely you could be pregnant, but it really could go either way. Pregnancy tests are not always accurate, the best way to tell is to go to your dr. doesn't need to be an OBGYN, any doctor can do a blood test for that. That will be accurate.
Keep in mind that with the crazy things that your body has been doing it could be pregnant, or just acting wierd. Either way a doctor can tell you 100% sure. And I know, that is the hardest part...just not knowing for sure.

OMG sure!!! I completely agree! i'm attempting to alter right into a physician, ok? So for sure i think of that being pregnant is the appropriate term. Prego sounds like pasta sauce and preggers sounds like a disease....the two one in each and every of that have no longer something to do with pregnacies! in any case, CONGRATS!!!! i'm optimistic you're able to have a suited, healthy toddler. appropriate of desires!!!

i think you should take another test. Use the first pee of the morning...it is usually alot more concentrated and is more likely to give you an acurate result. If it is neg then wait a few more days and test again. The preganacy hormone is supposed to double each day.

go to ur local health center, or doctors office and have them perform the test, or wait it out a few more days. stress and other factors makes ur period late.
also, the test you used could of been outdated. best of luck

I also think you could be pregnant. Having sore breast could definitely be an early pregnancy symptom. Good luck. I'm also ttc and the wait is killing me.

So sorry about your miscarriage. Likelihood that you are pregnant? 50-50. Anytime you have sex, you are just as likely to get pregnant as not, unless you have been surgically sterilized.

I think the best way to be sure is to make an appointment with your doctor.
