Despite what "Kate M" above says, these companies are not a "rip off" nor "scum of the Earth". How do I know? Because I own one of them. We make you an offer, usually 70% of Full Market Value minus needed repairs for a cash sale and a quick closing.

Why target companies only to buy your house? What is wrong with any individual or couple as long as they will give you the right offer.
If you are in a hurry to sell you have to reduce the price.
But have you tried estate agents?

Yes there are people that will buy your house for a very low price.
I don't see how they can ripe anyone off. They make an offer. You are free to accept or reject it.

yes there are but they will not give you a decent price . they will give you 30,000.00 on a 100,000.00 house i would not do it . they are the scum of the earth and they ripped my brother off . good luck .
