No. The real danger is from the living. I have never even heard of a case of a ghost that has mugged someone at gunpoint or did a drive by shooting.
The Entity case involved something that sexually assaulted a woman over a period of years and there have been claims of possession in murder cases (the devil made me do it defense) but I have never seen a reported case of a ghost killing someone.
Most ghost related injuries are due to people's reaction like tripping down a stair case or hitting their head on a wall as they run away looking back.

Depends. Aside from the obvious fear causing a heart attack or it driving you insane, different cultures see ghosts very differently.

The western view of ghosts has them pretty harmless. Poltergeists are about as (physically) dangerous as they come and they can only knock things around.

Other cultures (I'm thinking about japanese and chinese ghosts here) think ghosts are remarkably nastier and able to do much, much more damage.

So, it depends on who you believe more, really.

Sort of. If you believe they can, then the FEAR can kill you.

In WWII the aircraft carrier Enterprise was reported sunk so many times that they started referring to it as the "galloping ghost of Oahu coast". I'm sure it did some damage to the Japanese Fleet!

Only if you let them.

But really, it does depend on if you let them or not. That power is yours to give, whether you know it or not. Fearing them and believing that they can harm you is as good as inviting them to do it. But if you know that there is no real reason why they should be able to, the knowledge protects you.

Never heard of a single, substantiated case. Lots of examples from folklore, so I suppose it's theoretically possible, but not something I'd lose sleep over.
