I have only bought 1 Hilfiger item in my life and I must admit that they fit pretty good and they were comfortable. But I do not believe he would make a statement like this, because even the most racist guy in the world would not publicly say something like this because it would ruin his business and nobody likes to lose money. So I call BS.

(((lilmiss))) Interesting question! I think that both Zvi and Ninja (hugs to you both!) hit the proverbial nail on the head. The only thing to add would be a personal experience: one of my former students was, as I found out later, anti-Semitic (meaning anti-Jewish). He tried making comments about the politics in Israel and was so totally shocked when I agreed (since I'm not fond of right-wing politics, be it in my home country of the US OR Israel)!

he definately never said that!! when i lived and worked in orlando, i wrapped his daughters hair, he is a for real nice person,,, and you are a dummy!!! i have much respest to not even reveal our discussion. you are ignorent,, cant talk about someone you never spoke to or met!,,,, also i never bought or wore his clothing,, i just think he is a nice person, and treated me better than most guests at disney, you know,, the regular typical tourists like yourself

actually he never said that, he was on oprah talking about it. they also said he said it on the oprah show when in fact i was never on oprah b4 this time to clear up the rumor.
