1. This thing happens under Create New Connection > Set up an advance connection > accept incoming connection/connect directly to another computer
2. i'm using the Windows XP home edition
3. Why i can't click the option of "connect directly to another computer" or in other words, the option is disable?
4. Could anybody show me details on how i would solve this problem?
5. i've visited this site http://support.microsoft.com/kb/814981/ and follows what it says but yet when it comes to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/814985/ which is the 5th Part, i'm stuck.
Please anyone???

You might check to see if the Remote Access Connection Manager service is running. Right-click My Computer > Manage > click the + for Services > scroll down the list until you find Remote Access Connection Manager > double-click it. If it is stopped, then click "start" and try again.
