Today, at my local neighborhood McDonald's...they messed up my order. What the heck was I thinking ordering a salad from McDonald's anyways?! Hmmm...and I always thought fries automatically came with a Happy Meal. It was quite an adventure. Gosh, I'm getting tired just thinking about it.

This morning.
I got on the number three bus headed for the Tacoma mall and then it would go on to Lakewood.
It was one of the buses that Pierce transit (the bus service provider around these parts) had just purchased (within days).
It wouldn't go over 15 mph. Every time it started to act right, we'd hit a stoplight and be back to square one. The driver called in to base. They had him pull over and check a few things with the engine. That didn't help. So we're all looking at this hill we have to go up and worrying as the blocks to the hill are becoming fewer. As soon as we hit the left-turn lane at the light to go up the hill, the bus quit. TOTALLY. Refused to start. Luckily it was only moments before the bus behind us caught up to us. It's driver was kind enough to pick us up and carry us to our destination(s).
That was my heart attack for the day. Funny story. . . . the number two bus I transferred to at Lakewood was also a new bus and made an odd noise that reminded me of the sounds the three bus I had been on had made. I started to get worried that it might happen again.
When that bus broke down in the middle of traffic, I started having an anxiety attack. It was scary!

Wednesday, when the NYC subway flooded out and I couldn't get to work...
I got a nasty sunburn, and got to be my hubby's assistant for the afternoon instead.

Last winter, a friend of mine asked me to go to Scotland with her. We had a blast. I met this guy, but forgot to get his number or email address. :(

When I dug this HUGE hole in my parents yard....and made all these tunnels and such. They live in Hideaway Hills golf course in PA...hahaha
