put money and morality aside for a minute and ask your self one question?
why would want three wives?
if it is for sex don't get married and just mess around with alot of women.
dealing with one wife is hard enough, why would anyone want to compound the problems with dealing with more that one woman!

Because when you get married you promise to be faithful to the one you marry; to love honor and cherish her. Taking another wife, or a mistress for that matter, is dishonoring your first wife, and it is not cherishing her, nor, honestly, is it loving. You made a promise when you took your wedding vows.
Since marriage is more than just legalized sex, you can't have more than one wife.
And just because "It seems as moral as anything else, these days......." Is a really lousy reason/excuse for anything.

It is illegial to have 3 wifes in most states. I have heard of a man who had more than 3 wifes and many children born to them and the man is now in prison.

It IS, as moral as anything else, if you are all consenting adults and are happy/fine with the situation, and no one's being hurt. It's just illegal in most countries because government feels the need to tell people what choices they can or cannot make in their personal lives.

that is true, but still, when you make a commitment its hard enough, but if you make 3 commitments, isn't it hard to be loyal to all of them? isn't it hard to be good to all of them? wont at least one of them get thier feelings hurt? try to see it through someone else's eyes, maybe you'll see why it's not the best decision.

you really must believe you are daddio, cause you would have kids spread everywhere and not even know it and who's they were, think of the child support, goody daddio.
