Kay for casual I suggest a fitted flowy shirt with the band sinching at your ribcage right bellow your bust then flowing out on the bottom. For bottoms get a nice pair of fitted jeans that arn't to tight. If they feel to tight don't worry about going up a size and getting them tailored later. Because your petite you will have to get the legs of the pants tailored most likely but thats okay. Also when buying a dress get one that comes in on the waist and flowes out. Buy a fitted jacket that comes in on the waist. Don't wear skinny jeans! Instead try slim fitting jeans or a soft bootcut also wear darker washes of jeans. Don't buy to tight of tops it won't look good. But instead buy FITTED tops and you will look ah-mazing! You're Be-a-utiful and don't forget it! :)

I would wear a straight to the ground long jeans as they'll make the legs look longer which would make you legs appear skinnier. For a top go with those new long dress bloused that sort of flow. It's hard to explain but they have them at urban behaviour.

tops - go for empire waist babydoll shirts. they will accentuate and bring attention to the smallest part of you (usually the waist) and hide the worst part (butt and lovehandles!)

bottoms - opt for a straight-leg pant. Flare and boot cuts will make your hips, thighs, and butt look bigger becuase it causes disproportion (out and in, out and in)

shoes - i would go with a point-toe heel... pointed toes make your legs look longer and your feet smaller. the heels will give you height, which creates the illusion of being skinnier.

For tops, try not to wear the cropped ones because it would make your waist looks narrower and your breasts bigger. Babydoll tops will look good too.

For bottoms, wear straight leg or bootcut, in dark wash. They will make your legs look longer and slimmer.
