Gianna is the name that we like (for now), but what middle name does it go best with, Erica, Elizabeth or Margret?

All middle names have a special meaning to them so if has to be one of the three.

Elizabeth Gianna

I prefer the spelling Elisabeth for exactly the same reasons! It's so much sweeter, and it is soft. It's more graceful. The "z" in Elizabeth interrupts what would otherwise be a soft and lovely name. BQ1: My name is spelled 'Stefanie' which is different from the classic 'Stephanie'. So, it is already unique. I love the spelling of my name, but if I were to change it, I'd use Stephenie. BQ2: Katherine Sophia. I love both names individually, and they do look cute and flow beautifully. Since Katherine is so classic, it pairs well with Sophia, which I'd consider a bit more modern. The two names compliment each other really well. While I love the name Charlotte, I cannot get myself to love the name Esme. Sorry!

All are beautiful names (I love Gianna!) but it would depend what your last name is. If your last name begins with T, Z , K etc. probably not Erica or Elizabeth as your baby's initials would spell GET. GEZ, GEK. Nothing major, but just something to be aware of.

If it begins with an M, N, that's cool (GEM, GEN, etc.)

Otherwise, all of the names and middle names you've chosen are lovely, lyrical names and any one of them would make a little girl (and her parents) very proud.

Congratulations!
