I think one thing that would help a lot of women to relax is to realize that the man you are with loves you and is very sexually attracted to you. I know this sounds simple but women are the ones that are worried because they might have gained 7 pounds, or maybe you reject your man not because you don't want to have sex but because you should have shaved your underarms two days ago and did not do it.... Most men walk around day dreaming of their wives... fantasizing all about you. You just need to allow yourself to be taken and driven by desire... both his and yours. You are your husbands wife, friend, pal, and lover... and believe me he wants you in every possible way... romantic, spontaneous, and especially carnal. Love yourself and let yourself be that dream for your man. Never be shy or embarrassed about intimacy... there is nothing that you could do that would make him want you less. Show all of your colors.... be an angel, a devil, and everything in between. Good Luck... and trust each other.

Start slowly and change one or two things- I would start by wearing less clothes around the house.
Work your way up until you can walk around all the time naked.
When you can be naked around your husband when he is fully clothed without being embarassed, you will find that most of your other inhibitions will go too.

Try to clear you mind of all things except just what you're doing at the time. Think of how much he really loves you & this is your way of showing/giving your love back to him in return. Make up your mind you're not going to let whatever it is control you any longer. That YOU are going to take control over it once & for all. This is the LAST time it's going to control you! Best to you...You CAN do it...

I can't imagine marrying someone that I feel sexually inhibited with. I can't imagine marrying someone that I don't really enjoy making love with..

Spend some alone time discovering what gets you turned on. The more you know about your own body and sexuality, the more you can guide your husband to give you what you want.

I do it all the time!!!! Its called stepping out of character...getting that sexy lingerie...eating chocolate off of his you know what....talking dirty....riding him backwards in a croctchless teddy...anything that will make his toes curl and make his eyes roll into his head. Why are you inhibited? If you just need to relax, then try a nice buzz on your drug of choice. If its something more, the solution depends on the problem.

What is it that has you stressing to the point where you cant enjoy intimacy? Do you think he is cheating or are you not attracted to him ?
