The song is called "Comptine D'Un Autre: L'Apres Midi."

I don't know but it's damned depressing. It sounds like something one would play while the credits rolled after a movie on Lifetime. It goes with your friend's picture...she looks depressed too. Go buy her a puppy and cheer her up.
