i worked for a company that stole thousands of dollars from it's employees every year and i got fired from taking six peices of trim that my boss had given to me to get rid of. i did not get reinburst for the oil changes i paid for on my company truck or on all the material i paid for out of my own pocket even though i had reciepts for everything i brought. this is wrong. do employees have no rights at all. just because we can't afford attorney fee's and the courts always side with businesses.

Stealing is wrong, no matter how you look at it. What you did is considered 'legal stealing.' It is not your current job's fault that your former place of employment 'stole' from you, so why should your current job pay for that? That's between you and your former job, and not anyone else's problem.
