We were waiting for a parking lot and a care infront of us were waiting first.
When a car has left near our lot he try to make his way near us,byt then our car was already in the lot he came down and say why we snatch his parking lot.
He say you better move cos we do not want to fight?I'm very angry now and noted down his car plate no.anyway to deal with him i feel that i was been threatened.

In future make sure your passenger is 7ft tall & built like Gov. Arnie..... it kinda reduces the chances of similar recurrence. On a serious note - I would wait til they leave & then move my car for good measure. Annoyed car-park issues can often resolve in unnecessary car-damage... legal costs & too much hassle.... or take up option (a).

Whether you can deal with him for threatened, depend on the words he used. From what you wrote here, it's seem that there was no threatened involved.
But, it does seem that you are the one who are in fault first. When you did an act that made other angry, you don't expect other to treat you nice.

if they were their first you have no case
if this is a public lot you also have no case. spaces are first come first get so what if you were waiting for the space he got it first.
sounds to me like you cut him off that was rude of you.
