What is your view about the Three Canadians arrested by Chinese police following a protest at the Great Wall against China's presence in Tibet.

I don't know... but Canada is still angry at the late Charles de Gaulle for saying "Vive le Quebec libre", 40 years ago. What those three hippies did in China seems like the same thing to me, so the Chinese have a right to be angry.
De Gaulle's speech ignited decades of conflict between Quebec and the rest of Canada. The conflict is finally starting to lose energy now that Canada has conceded so much power to Quebec that it is virtually independent anyways. Look below, they even have their own Yahoo! flag, just like an independent country.

If Tibet wants to be free, that's for Tibet and China to work out.
I read that one of the Canadians was scared after she was taken into custody. She should be scared. If she was Chinese or Tibetan, she would probably get executed for what she did.

They weren't in Toronto buying records at Sam's. They were in a foriegn country doing something illegal. They should have been caned and sent home on stretchers. Don't get me wrong, I side with Tibet also, but you gotta call an idiot an idiot.
